The insurance market is cyclical and premiums can go up or down according to market pressures and conditions. We keep our clients abreast of market developments, with a view to always trying to be “ahead of the game.”

Following from insurance trends, the marketing of an insured’s account can be managed by a professional insurance services company in such a manner as to avoid some of the overreaction shown by underwriters when the market swings
in their favor. This can be done by using instruments such as long-term agreements, policy extensions, etc. An insurance company may perhaps seek to gain advantage from the market cycle; our role would be to ensure that this does
not happen.

By approaching an insurance company direct, an insured will only be sold the coverage that the company in question has to offer. An insurance service company can access the entire market and will generally find a wider choice of options for the insured to consider. We consider breadth of coverage to be a very important issue.

Ultimately, a company needs to ensure that a catastrophe will not impair its balance sheet and as brokers, we are able to assist and advise in the insurance and risk management decision making process, by helping the insured with
some of the fundamental considerations namely, Risk Identification, Risk Quantification, Risk Control and Risk Transfer.

is to provide our clients with optimum insurance cover at minimum cost.
